About ME...

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

The secret to finding contentment, is through experience. Acknowledgement of the past for its reality and enabling the present and the future for what it may be. Personally, I found myself trapped by the confines of societal standards and my own inaccurate beliefs, but became awakened through a journey in to my own mind, through meditation, yoga and healing. This experience drove a special force within me which has empowered me to encourage others to explore their own journey toward peace and happiness.

Our Story

I graduated with a degree in Public Relations from the University of North Texas and shortly thereafter worked my way up in the field of property management. Although, property management was challenging, it was not fulfilling. The deep desire which I had to connect with and enable passion within others persisted. After years of doing what I was expected to do, I realized I had lost the person I was meant to be. I then embarked upon a journey of self-discovery, opening my mind to silent meditation and yoga. I gained my yoga teaching certification while traveling through Indonesia and later lived in a karmic yoga commune. Upon arrival back to the United States, I entered Nova Southeastern University to pursue my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling (Graduation 2019). Subsequently, I began working at The Pride Center at Equality Park as a Testing & Outreach Specialist and internships at substance abuse and dual-diagnosis facilities. These experiences have allowed me the knowledge to appropriately help others, with the compassion and passion which drives me today. Additionally, continued education provoked my exploration and certification in other beneficial techniques such as, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Spiritual Foundations and Yoga for the 12-Steps (Y12SR).
